physical inventory of all servers and reconciled it with the master
inventory sheet.

a tracking process to monitor eProcurement requests, as well as a
communication process to confirm orders and shipping information
with vendors.

A Sharepoint
site which includes available inventory, pricing, ETA of equipment,
etc. was created. All stakeholders now have access to this information.

office and data center space and needed to move approximately 120
servers, two SANS, and 500 seats, including 40 to 50 Executive
offices.

The client engaged a RTP Project Manager, who had
managed the build and implementation of over 15 large data centers, to plan and oversee the project.

Our Project Manager utilized an internal customer Methodology, based upon PMI Institute.

The Project Manager acted as advisor to senior management,
and the primary
interface between the IT organization and other departments, vendors
and suppliers. The PM was responsible for coordination of all
facets of the move.
