Paramus Corporate Center

Paramus Corporate Center is located on the right side of Ikea Drive just past Capital Lighting. RTP is located on the first floor. Visitor Parking is located in the front of the building facing Route 17.

George Washington Bridge

Take the Route 4 exit towards Hackensack.
Stay on Rt 4 for about 7 miles.
Take the Rt 17 N exit toward Mahwah/ Garden State Pkwy N.
Keep left at the fork and continue toward Ikea Drive/Garden State Plaza Exit.
Then keep right at the fork and merge onto Ikea Dr. (Just after Sports Authority).
At the 3rd light make a left and continue on Ikea Drive.

Lincoln Tunnel

Take 495 West to Rout 3 West towards Secaucus.
Take the Route 17 North Exit towards Rutherford.
Stay on Rt. 17 North for about 8.5 miles.
Take the exit toward Ikea Drive/ Garden State Plaza.
Keep left at the fork and continue toward Ikea Drive/Garden State Plaza Exit.
Then keep right at the fork and merge onto Ikea Dr. (Just after Sports Authority).
At the 3rd light make a left and continue on Ikea Drive.

Garden State Parkway Southbound

Take exit 163 on the left on Route 17 South toward State Route 4/Paramus/G Washington Bridge.
Make a slight right toward Ikea Drive exit.
Make a Right onto Ikea Drive.

Garden State Parkway Northbound

Take exit 161 for Route 4 East toward George Washington Bridge/Mahwah.
Stay in the right lane.
Follow signs for Ikea Drive.
Make a right onto Ikea Drive at the traffic light. At the 3rd light make a left and continue on Ikea Drive.

Route 17 Southbound

Take Route 17 South.
Make a slight right toward Ikea Drive exit.
Make a Right onto Ikea Drive.

Route 17 Northbound

Take the exit toward Ikea Drive/ Garden State Plaza.
Keep left at the fork and continue toward Ikea Drive/Garden State Plaza Exit.
Then keep right at the fork and merge onto Ikea Dr. (Just after Sports Authority).
At the 3rd light make a left and continue on Ikea Drive.
