This is an immediate, 6 month plus consulting opportunity in New York city for our direct client, a financial services company.
Our client is focusing on candidates with at least 5 to 7 years experience as a SAN Storage Administrator with heavy EMC Clariion expertise. An addition, DMX and any Celerra and Centerra experience would be a big plus.
- NetApp Storage Administrator

Required Skills: NetApp, Data OnTap, NAS and SAN
Experienced storage management engineers are needed for projects in New York and New Jersey to architect, propose and implement various Netapp solutions to meet the customer's business and technical needs.
Responsibilities will include planning and implementing major portions of SAN and NAS implementations for customer environments. Implement Netapp SnapManager and VTL products. Plan and perform data migrations. Develop and implement data archiving solutions. Design and implement remote disaster recovery replication solutions. Solutions will include fibre channel, NAS and iSCSI configurations.
Senior-level hands-on SAN/NAS knowledge and experience, hands-on implementation and ongoing support of servers in a distributed computing environment are required.
- Storage Project Manager

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with NetApp expertise to deliver NetApp-based solutions to our direct clients in the New York/New Jersey area.
You will project manage various Netapp engagements to meet customer business needs. Responsibilities will include managing deployments of SAN and NAS implementations into customer environments. Familiarity with NetApp hardware and software products is needed along with a strong project management background, preferably managing Netapp deployments. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are needed.
